Lightweight and easy to use
Excellent item ideal for the bathroom just to hang a towel on, lightweight and easy to fold away for us old folk

Arrived broken
Multiple bars were only connected at one end. It was for my elderly mum who doesnât drive (and lives 200miles away) so she was unable to get it to a drop off point to return it. Complete waste of money

Poor quality
I have the same type which must be approx 15 years old. Made of good quality material and still good to this day. But this is just cheap material wonât last long. Put a few items on it and I have to stand it next to something to keep it from toppling over.
