Cook kebabs, skewers, roast meat joints and more with this Electric Rotisserie Grill from Quest! Using 1500W of power and 360 degree cooking, your food will be cooked thoroughly and evenly for a perfect taste.The rotisserie’s folding glass doors mean not only can you view the progress of your cooking at any time, but that you can also access your food once it’s done cooking in an easy and convenient manner. The machine also automatically shuts off if the door is opened during the cooking process.Ensure that all meals are cooked to perfection thanks to the adjustable timer. This timer can be set up to 60 minutes, so you can leave the appliance unattended if needed. Afterwards, cleaning will be easy thanks to the drip tray collecting all the oils and fats in one place.

SKEWERS INCLUDED

The grill comes with 7 stainless steel skewers that safely and neatly hang on the rack inside the grill. Use these to skewer meats, vegetables and more for a variety of delicious dishes.

The rotisserie shaft is ideal for cooking much more than just kebabs and other takeaway-style food! You can use it to cook whole chickens and other grilled favourites thanks to the grill’s capacity.

Make at least 4 hours before cooking…

500g 5% Fat Beef Mince1 x Lamb Stock Cube, 1 x Garlic Clove2 x Small Onions, 1/2 tsp Cumin1tsp Paprika, Cinnamon, Dried Mint, 1tsp Mixed Herbs, Salt and Pepper1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Use Food Processor or Blender…

In a food processor or blender mix together the mince, chopped onions, herbs, spices and stock cube. Then add the lemon juice and soy sauce.Form into a log/loaf shape then refrigerate.When ready to cook, simply remove from the fridge (approx 15 min before) and cook for 45 minutes.
