The hook comes off, not sure why it would be designed this way.Won’t hold a heavy jacket.Listed as strong but they are far from it

swivel head was the main feature but it turned out to be the weak link and easily broken.Also, not very big for clothes with bigger shoulders.

Hook part is quite small, so hard to fit on rail
As mentioned in the title, the hook part is smaller than most other hangers and so it is hard to hook it on to a hanging rail.
