I dislike the fact that there are 5 lines but the 2 outside ones are not tight.Not very sturdy.

Useless product
This product was useless , the lines broke while trying to fit and adjust . The return status is also pointless as this item does not fit on a postbox which is the only choice I have been given to return this item .

Adequate at best
I mean… it works… basically.However the mechanism is not great. There are 5 hanging lines that you extend by pulling out a bit of the plastic. They don’t extend uniformly so you end up with one that’s tight but another that’s loose etc. The knob to tighten and lock the lines is, being generous, ‘OK’. It’s not tight enough even when locked as best you can. I had to use some cleat hooks to shore up the lines.The lines themselves are made of a shiny nylon type material which means things slide on them. Not helpful when the weight of the clothes pulls down in the middle so the other clothes sometimes slide down with it.The mounting hooks for the extended portion look ugly. It would have been nice to have had caps or similar to hide the screw holes.The unit itself looks neat when closed which is something, I suppose, but kind of defeats the purpose of the thing itself.If I hadn’t already drilled a dozen holes in my walls I would have returned it, to be honest.
