Customers say
Customers like the functionality and value of the dryer. They mention it works reasonably well as a backup drier for laundry, is cheap to run, and is happy with the heat level. However, some customers have reported that the build quality is very flimsy. Opinions are mixed on whether it dries quickly, how easy it’s to assemble, the space-saving feature, and the noise level.

Just take it apart and put it way
Love my DriBuddi, I can hang the washing in side turn it on and leave it to do its job. You donât have to worry if you forget about because it wonât be creased like it would in a tumble dryer. I love the idea that it can be took apart and put away till the next time you need. Also fantastic if you live a flat, highly recommend

Brilliant
Wow such a great product, drying my clothes, bedding and towels. Living in a flat can be difficult to dry in the summer months when not using your heating and now we are moving to the winter I am still using it rather than a clothes horse near my radiator’s. I use this once to twice a week and was worried about the electric I would be using but after monitoring this for a month, so much cheaper than a tumble dryer, I won’t go back to the tumble dryer now I have this product.

Good but a bit fiddly to put up
Bought this as Iâve heard so many people rave about heated airers and I hate having washing hanging around the flat all the time as it takes ages to dry in winter.TL;DR version – updated 2024: at first I wished Iâd paid more and bought a tiered heated airer, but if youâre happy to leave this one up all the time itâs good – itâs just the faff of setting up and taking down thatâs a pain.Positives: This one is pretty compact, fairly quiet and very simple to operate. I did one load of washing and hung around 12 items on it, they took about 4-5 hours to dry fully (but even then a couple of items like jumpers needed a bit longer so I hung them out as usual on a normal airer). It heats up instantly and you can choose between a timer or just âonâ so long as you remember to switch it off!Negatives: for something so simple, it is so hard to put together. It just doesnât screw together easily (I got stuck multiple times) and now I canât unscrew it. Which means I canât put it back in its box to store (or return it, which I did consider at one point!). Think itâs just very poorly/cheaply made but itâs such a shame as it would otherwise be a doddle to use.The cable is also ridiculously short. Given that you have to have it in a ventilated area and set away from the wall, this was very limiting. I had to use an extension lead to set it up safely. It doesnât hold as much as Iâd hoped. Iâm going to look at buying some smaller hangers but I hung around two on each spike and that was more than enough – otherwise theyâre touching and therefore wonât dry.Overall a bit disappointed as I hoped it would work faster and be simple to put up and take down.UPDATE x2: I used a bit of WD40 on the screw-in fittings and itâs improved slightly. Still awkward but better! Also pleased to find I can hang a duvet / bed sheet over the whole thing, then put the cover over, and it dries super fast. The cover lifts a little with the heat so thereâs room for it to dry. Also in the winter Iâve used it so much that I just leave it set up – much less faff and easier to quickly hang things without putting it together. Overall getting used to it but just wish it was a little less awkward and had a little more capacity! It takes time to dry but is so much better than having airers up for days.

Excellent
After getting fed up of not being able to dry my clothes outside, I decided to buy the DriBUDDI. I’m so glad I did. Works well, gets all my clotgs dry easily. It does make a nice whilst drying, but because it’s in another room, it makes no difference to me.

Winter Laundry problems solved
Every year I go through a period of laundry build up around the winter mobths, mainly because it is very rainy in the British winter. I dont have the space for a tumble dryer and I needed a solution for the clothes taking days to dry. Used the radiators for years and put up with the resultant mould. This dryer gets my clothes dry much quicker and my clothes arent musty. Its cheapper than a heated rail, and I dont have to wait around for a rain free day.Obviously its not the best at drying the big stuff, but for my clothes, and most crucially knickers/pants, it works fantastic.
