These look even better than the photo on the site. They fit very well, comfortable and good value.

Uncomfortable, over sized, over priced
So horribly uncomfortable. Left insole felt “wonky” and caused back pain and sciatica while wearing (I’m a petite lady who doesnt usually have sciatica and has a good gait). Heel so rigid and sharp it cut chunks out of my ankle when walking. Weirdly bigger than other shoes they sell at the same size, so bad fit, even with socks. The skull on the laces felt like it’d break off, and the do look quite cheap too. I had NO help AT ALL from their customer service, just told me to “send them back to Amazon” who may not accept them – Hot Chocolate didn’t acknowledge the issues AT ALL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.. I bought £8 kids (I’m a size 4) colourful and fun sneakers from Poundland and they’re 100 times more comfortable. So so so dissapointed.

Small puckers on the toe of one shoe but I didnât want to wait for another pair. Also, please donât be misled by the package which says to use their âcookie eraserâ to clean your shoes. Sounds cute and practical but company told me they include that only with their flats. I think itâs misleading. I needed a size 10. I usually wear a 9.

On-line ordering of shoes or clothes is difficult because of fit. The shoes are a bit too big and uncomfortable. Hopefully I will grow into them and they will soften a bit.

These shoes look super cute. I’m so sorry I didn’t choose the 11 because now it’s sold out. I thought to order an 11 so I could put an insert. They are more like a 9. I wear a solid 10 most of the time and they fit like a 9. Bummer returning and hoping to get the 11’s when they are back in stock.

I am bang on size 7 foot , this felt more like a 7 1/2 -8 . I felt like I was walking in flip flops very disappointed because I have several pairs of Hot Chocs. and loved these super bummed!!!!!

Beautiful shoes I bought the robot tennis shoes and 3 pairs of Mary Jane’s they’re all too tight. My feet aren’t wide I’ma size 10 I wished I sized up 1. Unsure if I’ll reorder. I paid over $300 for them not to fit and followed the size guide I think I’ll just look for something cheaper.
