Mine, did not work
I had high hopes, but after filling the chamber with water, plugging the steamer in and turning it on, nothing happened. It did not work. I assume the one I got was defective. Having a physical disability, I could not return it to Amazon for a refund. However, after informing Amazon of the issue a refund was issued. Thank you Amazon but to fellow shoppers… I would not buy this Steamer.

Does the job so I am pleased
Took a couple of trys but got the hang of it now so I am happy with it. Won’t get the results of an iron with clothes steamers so as long as you dont expect the same you should be happy with it. When ever I wash clothes I hang up on coat hangers straight from the washer. No matter how quick i am to shake out and hang there is always one or two things that dont dry well. Setting up iron and board for just couple of things is so annoying. I use this now as it has good enough results. Meets my needs and I will prob take on holiday the next time too.Not too heavy when using it either.

Good machine but pointless power cord
The machine works but as the cable is only a metre long I cannot comfortable use it or reach the item if itâs hung on the nearest door – Iâve had to buy a garment hanger but the restrictive cord still doesnât provide the flexibility to thoroughly steam the product – disappointed that they donât show this on product videos â ð¤¨
