Game changer
I received this yesterday and have used it twice already! I am so impressed with the value and how well this works that I felt the need to leave a review. I had a heated airer previously but I stopped using it as it was one where you hung the items on hangers so it wasn’t as practical for some clothing items so I gave it away. I live in a flat so don’t have access to outside space to hang washing or room for a tumble dryer, during the colder months it’s a real pain to dry my washing and it takes ages. I was about to invest in a square heated airer and I came across the heated pod system which would allow me to convert my existing regular 3 tier airer into a heated one and decided to give it a try as it was on offer for £37 and it’s the best £37 I’ve spent in a long time, with this system I had dry washing in just about 2 hours, it’s also very quiet to run and small so will be easy to put away and store between uses.

What a great bit of kit!
I live in a flat with limited space so have been looking for a way of drying my clothes that doesnât take up a lot of room and doesnât need lots of storage. This drying system is brilliant. You just use your own 3 tier airer, put the heater underneath on the stand included and throw the cover over, zipping it down to the floor. It dried 3 towels, numerous tops and a blanket in 2 hours, and is completely brilliant, and much cheaper than a heated airer. Totally recommend

Decent dryer
Decent dryer, couple of downsides though, difficult to collapse and does take up a lot of room and can only be used on hard floors, none of this included in the description though, does a decent jon though

Not so hot off the press
The problem with this is that’s a little too low to the ground. As heat rises this is not a good thing. I put a couple of tubs underneath it to raise It Up. It is easy enough to put up , and put away.The heat in bars only seemed to heat the tiny little bit that the clothes is touching. It does dry that part well but the rest is still wet.You have to sort of move The clothes for it to do anymore. It’s ok but I can’t recommend it. I would say it’s worth spending a little bit more money. I would not buy again

Edit 13.02.2024:It puffed out after about 5mins of being on. To be fair I only spun at 800. Lets a fair bit of steam out so left it in bathroom with window open to vent. Took 30 mins to dry everything l. Bloody excellent. And for those writing bad reviews , they are working for someone else, didn’t know how to use it, or haven’t activated the THREE YEAR warranty and phoned up beldray. When I phoned them they said they cover everything for 3 years and pay for return delivery. What’s not to like. AND NO IRONING !!—Sure there are better but for the price it can’t be beat. Says somewhere that it cost 34p per MINUTE. OMG NO that is so wrong. It has a 1000 watt output so that is 1 kilowatt or 1KW. So it uses 1KW per Hour or 1KW. To find the total cost of running, multiply the number of hours run by the pence per KwH stated on your eleccie bill. Mine is 32p. I have the air dryer on for an hour so that’s 1x32p or 32pence. For comparison a tumble dryer is typically a 5KwH or 5 kilowatts per hour. So to get the total cost multiple 5 by cost of KwH and multiply that by hours run. So for me, that’s 5 x 32p x 1.5 = £2.40. Therefore this air dryer costs 32p to dry my clothes whereas the tumble dryer costs £2.40. This represents a saving of £2.08 per drying. If I have the dryer on three times a week that’s a weekly saving of 3x£2.08 = £6.24. That’s nearly £25 a month saving.It gets better if you usually iron because the clothes come out of the air dryer with no creases so I don’t need to iron. Steam irons use roughly between 800 – 2000 watts per day. So for example, if you turn your iron on for 10min every day for a month, it will use around 5 kWh of electricity which is another £2.40 you’re not spending on ironing. It can add up. Great idea, better for the environment., and cheaper to run. No brainer.

Suitable product if you’re a borrower..
If you’re over 6ft tall your clothes won’t fit! I’m 6ft 3″ hardly gulliver territory and my t shirts were too long and wouldn’t fit safely! This should be stipulated as part of the specs before purchasing…Also super Flimsy

Game changer
Price initially made me hesitatant but i can definitely say im very happy with what ive got. Clothes that would be hanging up damp for over a week (maybe more) are now dry within a couple of hours, lighter garments even quicker. It’s easy enough to dismantle and put away (I’ve kept the box). No complaints so far, very happy with the purchase.
